Beef & Asparagus Stir Fry


1/2 c. water 1LB fresh asparagus, cut into 2 in. pieces
2 TBSP. soy sauce 1 c. chopped bell pepper
2 tsp cornstarch 1 c. chopped onion
2 tsp beef bouillon 1/2 c. carrot strips
1/4 tsp pepper 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 TBSP. vegetable oil 1/4 c. sliced green onions
3/4 LB. any beef thats TENDER!! 3 C. HOT cooked rice

**I cooked the asparagus before hand just a little**

1. Chop all vegetables.
2. Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, bouillon, and pepper in a small bowl. -set aside
3. Heat vegetables and beef in a large skillet with oil. Stir frequently, for about 5 mins or until beef is no longer pink.
4. Stir in soy sauce mixture...bring to a boil and thickens. Serve over rice.

Serves 4
